Meaning that even if they decided to stay and fight the wandering cultivators to look for another path out of the mountain range, they would likely still end up getting caught up in the battle between the powerful cultivator and demon beast.
Even worse, they might end up catching the attention of the powerful demon beast when fighting with the wandering cultivators.
Although the two doubted that the powerful cultivator would care much about them given how weak they were, the demon beast might not think the same way and could directly target them to deal with any potential threats.
Being targeted by such a powerful demon beast with their current strength still ranging in the middle stages of the Domain Lord Realm, there was no way for them to escape safely without help from their master.
Unfortunately, neither of them had managed to get any protective talismans or other things along with them when they had left the sect, as their master was currently not in the sect.
