Locke thought for a moment, then took out the Holy Spring Nectar potion formula he was working on with the Plutarch family. The formula had already been prepared long ago. Alicia said to Locke, "That's Feathered Serpent Pavilion's light transmitter. Its function is the same as the White Wizard Association's Dispatch Department's Hurricane Eye Array Magic Gate, except one converts matter into information and transmits it to the distance through magical winds. The light transmitter shreds it and uses the Void Light Network to convert matter into light and transmit it using light magic."
